What is an AI system?
AI agents doing real jobs in your business: replying to leads, chasing invoices, writing your reports, running your admin. They plug into the tools you already use, and your Command Centre sits on top as the front end, showing everything in a single view.
Why do I need an AI system?
Because the admin, the follow-up and the reporting still have to happen, and right now you’re either doing it yourself or paying wages and agencies for it. An AI system runs those jobs for about $155 a month and gives you back the hours to work on growth.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You’re resourceful, not a developer, and you won’t need to be. We build it with you, every click of the day.
Is it really just 1 day?
Yes. You walk out with your system installed and running. It’s not a course to “do later.”
What do you actually build on the day?
Your website and your first automations, live by lunch. Your command centre, connected to your data sources and working. After that it’s your call: any internal process you want automated, whatever your business needs most, built with us beside you.
What exactly do I own?
Everything. Your system, your automations, your data, your accounts. No revenue share and no lock-in, ever.
What does it cost?
Your seat is $2,500 + GST. That covers the day, your AI system installed and running, lunch, and 30 days of Appfluence Skool with support calls whenever you get stuck.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, and we put money on it. Do the pre-work, come for the day, and if you leave without your Command Centre live and an agent running a real job in your business, we refund your seat in full.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
A Claude subscription, about $155 a month. You’ll know exactly what to expect before the day, so there are no surprises.
What if I fall behind on the day?
You won’t. Rooms are capped at 10 and we build alongside you the whole time. Nobody leaves without their system running.
Who is it for?
Established business owners who want to grow, usually $20k a month and up. Resourceful and ambitious, not technical, and ready to take control of their own technology.
Can I bring someone?
Yes, owners often bring their partner or their right hand. Each person needs their own seat, because we install the system on every laptop in the room. Book two seats and you both walk out with it running.
What if I can’t make the date?
We’ll move you to another city or date, free. Or send someone in your place, just tell us before the day. Your seat is never money down the drain.
